Gridiron

This is a 107-unit condominium project with street level retail / restaurant. Located at the intersection of Occidental Avenue S and Railroad Avenue, the design called for a glass tower atop a historic masonry building in the edge of Seattle Pioneer Square. My responsibility includes supporting the project architect in producing technical drawings, producing all renderings and presentation packets for all project phases and coordinating with consultants.
