Foothill Residence

This is a new construction in the foothill of Boise, ID. Faced with the challenge of the steep slope, the project utilizes modular construction to save cost and time while still received the custom build and quality the modular construction offers. Due to zoning ordinance and the nature of the slope, the house is designed as cascading mass floating above grade with public function on the top level and more private program in the levels below. Extensive use of outdoor deck on different levels offers extraordinary view of the foothill beyond.
