Country Music Heritage

The Country Music Heritage will serve as a place for preserving the country music spirit. It will be a multi-purpose place preserving the music artifacts, telling its story, educating visitors, and a catalyst for young talented musicians. Through these functions, the CMH, most importantly, would be an incubator for country music since from here, it is hoped that the Music always remember its roots, its spirit and pave ways for its inheritors.

The concept of the CMH is that of an image of a small town where ordinary activities taken places. It is from the small towns that this genre of music took its root and this reflects in the music. The music were sources of secular entertainment and spiritual uplift, of public celebration, collective excitement, religious expression and social commentary.
