Broadmoor Residence

This is a substantial remodel for a residence in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle. I worked as the project designer from the beginning of schematic design to construction documentation. My responsibility includes field surveying existing condition, producing drawings and presentation for all project phases, coordinating with consultants.
